Preparing for Rafi's first day out

Tomorrow, Rafi will be visiting her pediatrician/ninong for her initial immunization shots. Mommy has been busy preparing all of their needs. Daddy already prepared the thank you gifts for Ninong Arnel and Ninang Kat. I hope they like it!
